Returns and Exchanges


SUCK will gladly accept returns and issue an on-line store credit or exchange the item. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, with all original tags attached. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. 

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return
  • Choose the correct reason for your return
  • Select the credit method you prefer
  • Once approved, you will be contacted via email with a pre-paid shipping label and next steps

We offer returns for refund, or for web store credit.  Returns for refund are subject to a return shipping fee of $8.  Returns for web store credit are not subject to a return shipping fee.  Please note web store credit can only be redeemed on the online store at, and not at any of our physical store locations.

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
